Study on the evaluating models of crop resistance to disease and pest, the cotton regional test of the drainage area of the Yellow River, in which 23 different resistant or susceptible varieties inoculated with 18 isolated of verticillium dahliae were analyzed by GLM and SHMM. GLM is more efficient and simpler method to analyse the interaction of unreplicated data.Based on the results of SHMM,19 sites(or environments) were finally classified into 5 groups within which there were no significant crossover interactions. Cluster analysis based on SHMM analysis could effectively overcome the shortcomings of the ordinary clustering which could not ensure no significant crossover interactions within the finial groups.The tested varietsies within the finial clustering groups don't change their ranks,which is in favor to select and breed genotype,and can be used to evaluate the tested varieties and sites directly.
本课题旨在国际和国内领先提出作物持久抗病稳定性评价模型。提供用GIS支持的区试点作锟共∥榷ㄐ云兰巯低澈褪室嗽谏颉DP陀肅语言提供软件包。意义在为作物持久抗病稳定性鉴定和可持续防病策略、品种选育提供依据。在本课题以持久抗病为对象完成后结合前期国家基金所完成的作物产量、品质稳定性模型研究,以确立该领域国际上开拓性成果。
