LRD-1在CTK调控侧根原基起始中的功能研究

结项摘要
侧根原基起始的实质是中柱鞘"创始细胞"（founder cell）重新进入细胞周期。我们对CTK抑制侧根原基起始进行了初步的系统研究，在此基础上筛选到CTK上侧根原基起始不受抑突变体：lrd-1。本课题旨在解析LRD-1在中柱鞘founder cell的细胞周期调控以及CTK抑制侧根原基起始中所起的节点功能。目前，我们克隆了LRD-1基因，并进行了突变体回复验证。通过GFP融合已知LRD-1定位于
