In this project, we have studied the preparation and characterization of monodisperse polymer nanocomposites used in the nanotribology with good lubricant properties. We have successfully prepared various kind of magnetite-coated nanoparticles including the polystyrene nanospheres; The nanoparticles of polyaniline and its derivatives with good disperse, solubility and conductivity have been synthesized by using the solid-state reaction and rheology phase reaction; The monodisperse nanowires and nanotubes of polyaniline and its derivatives have been obtained by template synthesis; At last, we have controlled the reaction condition and prepared the nanoparticles and nanowires of polymer based on the diffusion of initiator and monomer molecules from the liquid(water)/liquid(solvent) interface
利用苯乙烯与丙烯酸等在微乳液中共聚制备聚合物纳米粒子,将其分散于铜、钴、Ni等的盐溶液中,通过化学还原法和紫外线辐照法制备具有良好的分散性、抗氧化性和耐磨性能的金属—聚合物复合纳米粒子,以各种谱学和表面分析技术,研究其结构、性质以及作为固体润滑剂材料的可行性,探讨其在润滑过程中的作用机理,为发展新型固体润滑材料提供新方法。.
