The preparation method of multi-dimension nano-material is the most difficult problem to the application of nano-material in industry field. A new method of it was brought forward in this research subject. Based on the research of interactional mechanism of powder nano-materials and laser beam, the study of nano-coating prepared by laser, bulk nano-material prepared by selective laser sintering (SLS) and the complex nano-material prototype made by SLS were developed in this subject. The result shows grain growth of nano- particulate can be restrained using laser sintering than other sintering methods when the particulate nano-material had been heating in sintering process. The samples prepared by laser melting /SLS are provided with the less grain size and the compact internal structure. The performance testing shows that high wear and high hardness can be obtained with these samples. Whereas some defects still lie such as the micro- pore and crack. The research indicates that it is feasible to restrain the grain growth when the nano-film and the bulk nano-material are prepared by laser heating with its special energy output mechanism and the high temperature grads.
用激光烧结快速成型技术直接烧结纳米材料或纳米复合材料,是最有希望制造出纳米材料零件的工艺方法。由于纳米材料具有传统材料不具备的特有的高力学性能和独特的物理特性,由纳米材料制成的零件将在航空、航天、汽车、环保等工业领域得到广泛的应用。本课题研究纳米材料的快速成型技术和表面强化技术,开创基于纳米材料的制造工程研究。
