Physical Characteristics and Laws of Platelets during the Cryopreservation Process at Low TemperaturesThe following important physical charicteristics of cryopreserved platelets on the base of cytometric methods of major functional molecules on the surface of stored platelets been established: ①Platelet membrane permeability coefficients and its equetions;②Thermometry of imtracellular ice crystal formation in cryopreserved plateletes;③The osmotic change tolerant ability of platelet;④Cell volumetric change and the intercellular glass proportion during the freezing process;⑤The phase diagram for cryoprotective agent solution;and ⑥the interactions of the characteristics hereinbefore. In order to established the key techs of cryopreservated platelets preparation, we classified the platelet cryobiologic characteristics by determination of important physical characteristics and its interaction. This research provided important theoritics for platelet cryopreservation.
应用低温生物学和工程热物理学方法,结合计算机模拟技术,研究深低温(-80~-196C)保存下血小板的多个物理指征的变化,通过对其定量描述以及变化规律的探索,揭示血小板在深低温下的生物学特性,寻找冻存时各种理想的血小板低温保存条件,在保留其关键功能的同时提高冻存后存活率。
