中国电影产业链发展模式及价值创造能力提升策略研究

The new task is guided by systematic science, by the method of both theoretic and field research, qualitative and quantitative investigation, normative and demonstrative analysis,etc. It is based on theoretical research of science of public administration, industrial organization, industrial economics , game theory and so on. Firstly , it starts with a basic static analysis of film industrial chain, combining with contingency theory, systematology , information science and The Long Tail. It sorts out the concepts, characteristics and main types of the Chinese film industrial chain, dissecting the factors which influence it.Secondly, it comparatively investigate the evolutionary mechanisms and policy environment of China and abroad , by using Michael Porter Diamon Model and PEST Model, etc, in order to provide a mirror for the development mode of the Chinese film industrial chain. Thirdly, it reorganizes the Chinese film industrial chain, by linearlly comparative analysis which is both statical and dynamical, using the SCP paradigm theory, Potter Industry Value theory,and so on. Next, considering of the specialty of film industry, it deeply analyses the value creation of film industrial chain by the theories of system ,control, information ,value enhancement and synergistic effect, and makes a coupling analysis of the film industrial chain, value chain and creative chain by using the couple mode theory. Finally, it makes a conclusion of the developing mode of film industrial chain with Chinese characteristics and the policy measures of enhancing the capability of value creation, accommodating to the complex environment of the new media, new technology and so on. It gives theoretical support to relative administration department to make policies and provides policy guidelines to industrial development, in order to make the film industry more flourishing and prosperous.

本课题以系统科学为指导，采取理论研究与实地调研相结合、定性研究和定量研究相结合、规范研究和实证研究相结合等方法。基于公共管理学、产业组织学、产业经济学及博弈论等理论研究，首先，从电影产业链的基本结构性分析入手，结合权变理论、系统论、信息论、长尾理论，梳理中国电影产业链的概念、特征、主要类型，深入剖析电影产业链的影响因素；其次，利用波特钻石模型、PEST模型等比较研究中外电影产业链的演变机理和政策环境，为中国电影产业链发展模式提供借鉴；接下来，通过对电影产业链静态和动态比较分析，运用SCP范式理论和波特产业价值链等理论，重构中国电影产业链；再次，结合电影产业特性，利用系统论、控制论、信息论，价值增值理论，协同耦合理论深入分析电影产业链的价值创造。最终，提炼出适应新媒体、新技术等复杂环境的中国电影特色产业链发展模式及价值创造能力提升的政策举措,对相关管理部门制定政策提供理论支持。

针对目前我国电影产业链整合机制缺乏而相关理论和方法研究不足的现实，本项目以系统科学为指导，综合运用产业经济学理论、复杂性理论和协同管理理论，采用多学科交叉的研究方法，对中国电影产业链进行系统研究。首先归纳总结了中国电影产业链成长模式的历史演进的阶段特征；接着，从投融资、制片、发行、放映以及衍生品开发的电影产业链五个阶段，剖析了现阶段中国电影产业链存在的关键问题；继而分析了中国电影产业链的稳定性不足的原因，并从节点、结构和整体三个角度提炼了电影产业链复杂性特征；最后，在分析论述电影产业链协同发展的内涵的基础上，从“大电影产业”视角，提出了电影产业链的双层网链结构和实现电影产业链协同发展的框架体系，并依据模糊网络分析法，对中国电影产业链协同发展状况进行了评价研究。
