Regions of arid and semi-arid is deficient in water supply, the relation of water supply and demand become the key factor for socioeconomic development. Qaidam Basin was the study target of the project. After investigated, inspected, know well about water resources conditions of the basin, and current situation of utilized and trend, making analysis of the water resources data. To established water resources basic database and spatial database, models-base of macro-socioeconomic, objective optimum model, under support common software, GIS, and professional software of water resources, integrated sub-system, decision-support system was designed, and it was in chinese, simple, and friendly for use, the same time, analysis sustainable utilized of water resources in Qaidam basin. By the view of system analysis, establish calculable indexes and models, It was studied that water resources deficient of North China Plain. Analyzed the situation of water supply and demand of North China Plain in 2010 and 2030 year. Recommend multi-ways for solving problems, same times, analysis the reasonable of the south/north water transfer project.
研究干旱半干旱地区地表水地下水交换规律,探讨水文过程与水资源形成机理;建立水资源基础数据库、空间数据库和水资源科学管理模式;研制小尺度、实用简便的水资源决策支持系统。干旱半干旱地区各类资源丰富,但水资源短缺,上述研究将促进有限水资源的高效利用,有助于经济社会的可持续发展和生态环境的良性循环。
