As the city's "vein", drainage system plays an important role in reducing urban waterlogging disasters and improving the quality of urban water environment. This project intends to research the process and related mechanisms of using hydrocyclone to control the closure - storage - processing system for stormwater.. This project is based on multi-objective optimization theory and hydraulics theory and through the survey of drainage systems in 5 cities (Shanghai, Kunming, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, and Ningbo) and the water quality and quantity monitoring of 10 typical drainage systems; the structure and characteristics of closure - storage - processing system for stormwater will be discussed from the aspects of pollution control and local flooding prevention; the effects of pollution control and local flooding prevention from hydrocyclone will be quantitatively analysized; the model of multi-objective optimization for using hydrocyclone to control the closure - storage - processing system for stormwater will be proposed; and 2 typical drainage systems will be taken as the case studies. The research results can be taken as references for drainage system planning and reconstruction.
排水系统作为城市的“静脉”,在减少城市内涝灾害和提升城市水环境质量方面,具有重要的作用。本申请项目拟从理论上探讨利用水力旋流来调控雨水截流-调蓄-处理系统水质水量的过程和相关机制。. 通过对上海、昆明、镇江、常州、宁波等5个城市的排水系统调研和10个典型排水系统的水质水量监测,基于多目标优化理论和水力学基础理论,探讨面向污染控制和内涝防治的雨水截流-调蓄-处理系统结构与特征,定量分析雨水截流-调蓄-处理系统设置旋流设施的控污和防涝效应,构建雨水截流-调蓄-处理系统多目标旋流调控模型,并选择上海市中心城区2个典型排水系统进行案例研究,为高度城市化区域排水系统的科学规划和提升改造提供参考。
