The cotton yield increasing very slowly in China, and the available germplasm and QTL linked markers for yield improvement are also very poor.Aim at these questions, in this study, 300 elite upland cotton germplasm are grown in 2 ecological regions for 3 years, the yield-related traits are investigated. We collected all published yiled-related QTL and their linked markers, together with other screening SSR markers, genetic diversity, population structure are determined based on genotype data. The QTL linked markers are further verified by genome-wide association mapping (GWAS) approach in elite germplasm population,moreover, new yiled-associated SSR markers are developed. This study could not only expand the range of germplasm in cotton high yiled breeding, but also provide stable yield-related SSR markers and in cotton yield molecular breeding and map-based cloning in cotton.
针对我国棉花单产徘徊不前,而可利用于产量改良的种质资源和QTL 分子标记又相对匮乏的问题,本项目利用前期筛选的300份遗传多样性丰富的陆地棉优异种质群体,进行三年两个生态点产量性状调查,同时搜集已发表的产量QTL连锁标记,通过SSR分子标记技术和全基因组关联分析方法对陆地棉优异种质进行遗传多样性、群体结构和产量性状关联分析。验证产量QTL连锁标记在资源群体中的可靠性,同时发掘一批新的陆地棉产量关联的SSR标记,本项目不仅可以拓展陆地棉高产育种可选择的种质资源,还可以为陆地棉高产分子辅助选择育种和图位克隆提供稳定的分子标记。
