组织循环理论构建与实证研究

The circle plays an important role in organization. The PDCA cycle, double-loop learning theory and strategic cycle studied circles in the organization from different perspective. JIT, lean production and Senge's organizational learning theory also partly descript circulation problems in organization, but all these studies haven't emphazied the inherent law of organization cycle. This research will start from the "cycle" in natural science and philosophy, in the light of the "cycle" related management tools, we will propose an organizational circle theory model, our research will include: the constitute of organizational circulation cells, the basic construct of organizational circle theory, empirical research on organizational circle constructions, the dynamic mechanism of organizational circle, the relationship between the circle function and performance, the evolution of information and network embedded organizational circle, and etc. Through this research, we try to put forward a general management theory, named organization circle theory.

循环在组织中扮演着重要的角色。PDCA循环、双循环学习理论、战略循环等都从不同角度研究了企业组织中的循环问题；JIT、精益生产、圣吉的学习型组织等理论也不同程度地描述或解释了组织中的一部分循环问题，但是这些研究都忽略了组织循环的内在规律。本项目以自然科学与哲学中的"循环"现象作为切入点，依托与循环相关的工具性管理理论提出组织循环理论模型，研究组织循环基本循环单元构成与组织循环理论建构、组织循环理论构成机理的实证性研究、组织循环动力产生机制构成与运行机理、组织循环功能与组织循环绩效关系、信息与网络化嵌入下的组织循环的进化与演化。通过本项目的研究试图提出一个具有普适性的管理理论，即组织循环理论。

组织管理中一些具有循环特征的工具性管理理论，诸如，PDCA、EPR、持续改进等不同程度关注了组织中的循环问题，但是，它们也仅仅揭示了循环的不同的侧面，至今没有一个能够揭示组织循环抽象实质的理论。本研究基于以往组织管理理论，试图构建组织循环理论模型，研究内容包括：从基本单元、运行规律和基本模式为基础的组织循环的理论构建；组织循环运行机理的案例研究；组织循环的行动研究；财务体系构建以及领导行为对员工建言的影响等。希望本研究的进行可以结合中国国情中的典型性原型管理实践，探索挖掘出“情境创造式”的反映中国特色的理论，采用行动研究方法所获得的鲜活的研究成果应用于被转化于现实的管理实践之中。
