Permanent-magnet machines have become more and more popular in the commercial, industrial and military products benefiting from higher power ratio to mass, torque ratio to volume, efficiency and lower vibration and noise over conventional electrically produced synchronous machines and asynchronous machines. The analytical calculation of magnetic field is one of the most important issues in the research field of machines all the time. It is foundation to other important issues. Accurate analytical calculation of magnetic field and some derived issues in surface-mounted permanent magnet machines accounting for slots and magnet-pole shape are becoming hot topics investigated by researchers in many countries. The project chooses surface-mounted permanent magnet machine as the research object. Combining equivalent surface-current method of permanent magnet, subdomain model and superposition principle of vector potential, stator slots and magnet-pole shape are considered firstly. Then taking into consideration of slots of stator and rotor and magnet-pole shape, magnetic field without load and armature-reacting magnetic field of surface-mounted permanent machine are directly analytical calculated respectively. The analytical results will be verified by FEM. Finally,magnetic field of inside and outside the permanent magnet will be analyzed. The research achievements in this project will supply important theoretical and technological basis for research on other key issues in varied application of surface-mounted permanent machines.
与传统的电励磁同步电机以及异步电机相比,永磁电机具有较高的功质比、转矩体积比、效率以及较低的振动和噪声等优点,现在已经越来越多的应用于商业、工业和军工产品中。磁场计算一直以来都是电机研究领域的重要关键问题,而且它是研究电机其他问题的基础。在考虑定转子双边开槽和磁极形状情况下,准确的直接解析计算表贴式永磁电机磁场并分析由其衍生的相关重要问题是各国学者正在触及的研究热点。本项目以表贴式永磁电机为研究对象,结合永磁体等效面电流、子区域模型和磁场叠加原理三位一体的方法,首先考虑定子单边开槽和磁极形状,然后考虑定转子双边开槽和磁极形状,分别对表贴式永磁电机空载磁场和电枢反应磁场进行直接解析计算推导,并用有限元验证解析计算结果的正确性。最后进一步分析永磁体内外的磁场分布情况。本项目的研究成果为准确研究适用于各种应用场合的表贴式永磁电机的其他关键问题提供重要的理论和技术基础。
