Cloud manufacturing was put forward to cope with the huge challenges and meet the urgent requirments of China’s manufacturing industry under the trends of globalization, lean production, specialization, servitization, greenization, and intelligentization. Almost all related key techniques of cloud manufacturing are based on dealing with services and combination of services, which needs urgently to deeply explore the intrinsic characteristics together with their evolution rules of relationships among services. Services of cloud manufacturing are tremendous in quantity, wide in sources, diverse in types, dynamic in space-time structure, and of multicriteria in decision making, which are significantly different from services of cloud computing. However, there is currently no specific study on the relationships of differences and combinations among services of cloud manufacturing. Therefore, focusing on services of cloud manufacturing, on the mainline of the dynamic pedigree for services of cloud manufacturing, aiming at exploring the intrinsic characteristics of relationships among services of cloud manufacturing, taking the research on relationships of differences and combinations among services as the entry point, as well as by means of supernetwork-based clustering analysis, pattern recognition, and community detection, this project will systematically study the construction method, and explore the network mechanism as well as the evolution mechanism of the space-time structure of the dynamic pedigree for services of cloud manufacturing, so as to comprehensively solve the expression and modeling problem of relationships among services of cloud manufacturing. A manipulable methodology of constructing and online updating the dynamic pedigree for services of cloud manufacturing will be presented to enrich the theoretical basis and accelerate the practical application process of cloud manufacturing, in order to enhance core competencies of China’s manufacturing industry with support of theories and enabling technologies.
云制造因应全球化、精益化、专业化、服务化、绿色化和智能化发展趋势下我国制造业的巨大挑战与转型升级的迫切需求而提出,其相关各项关键技术均以处理服务和服务组合为基础,亟待透析服务间关系本质特征及其演化规律。云制造服务数量巨大、来源广泛、类型多样、时空动态且多准则决策,与云计算服务有显著差异,而目前尚无对云制造服务间差异性和组合性等关系的专门研究。因此,本项目以云制造服务为对象,以云制造服务动态谱系为主线,以探究云制造服务间关系的本质特征为目标,以差异性与组合性关系研究为切入点,以基于超网络的聚类分析、模式识别和社团检测为手段,系统研究云制造服务动态谱系构建模式,探索其网络机制与时空结构演化机理,综合解决云制造服务间关系表达与建模问题,并提出一套具有可操作性的云制造服务动态谱系构建与在线更新的方法体系,为充实云制造理论基础,加速其实用化进程,增强我国制造业核心竞争力提供理论和使能技术支撑。
云制造相关的各项关键技术均以处理服务和服务组合为基础,而云制造服务具有数量巨大、来源广泛、类型多样、时空动态且多准则决策等特点,亟待透析服务间关系本质特征及其演化规律。其中包括的科学问题为:1)探索基于超网络的云制造服务动态谱系网络机制;2)揭示基于超网络的云制造服务动态谱系时空结构演化机理。因此,本项目以云制造服务为对象,引入云制造服务动态谱系的概念,将其定义为:表达云制造服务间差异性和组合性等关系及其时空结构,并支持多准则决策的动态网络模型;进而以差异性与组合性关系研究为切入点,以基于超网络的聚类分析、模式识别和社团检测为手段,系统研究了云制造服务动态谱系构建模式,探索了其网络机制与时空结构演化机理。具体包括:1)通过云制造服务生命周期研究,定义了云制造服务全生命周期各个阶段并梳理了各阶段的研究内容及方法;2)通过云制造服务间相关关系研究,定义了云制造服务相似性并提出了度量方法,定义并构建了差异树和组合环;3)通过基于超网络的云制造服务动态谱系研究,提出了动态谱系构建机制及方法,设计了服务和任务的搜索匹配机制与方法;4)通过基于超网络的云制造服务动态谱系网络机制研究,分析了服务网络的小世界性、无标度性和层次性,发现对机械加工服务而言,具有一定的小世界性,但没有显著的无标度性和层次性;5)通过基于超网络的云制造服务动态谱系时空结构演化机理研究,发现了服务谱系的时空变化机制,提出了应对时空变化及干扰的策略。在此基础上,设计了具有政产学研用一体化、服务管理谱系化、服务匹配智能化、服务组合数据化、平台议价模型化、用户推荐个性化和行业知识共享化特点的云服务平台原型。上述研究综合解决了云制造服务间关系表达与建模问题,并提出了一套具有可操作性的云制造服务动态谱系构建与在线更新的方法体系,为充实云制造理论基础,加速其实用化进程,增强我国制造业核心竞争力提供理论和使能技术支撑。
