The research project investigates the application of flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) in our country. It searches international researches in scheduling in flexible manufacturing systems. The research stages are divided into repeated stages of literature search, investigation, and theoretical research. In theoretical research, it studies the FMS scheduling and the characteristics of information flow of flexible manufacturing systems. It proposes heuristic FMS scheduling algorithms; it designs entity-relationship data model; it designs production rules, inductive reasoning, inductive learning, and control flow of induction mechanism for disturbance handling and decision objective selection; it proposes the architecture of an intelligent DSS for FMS dynamic scheduling and coordination. The research results are positive and directive for FMS scheduling theoretically and are positive for the application of database and artificial intelligence. It reaches international level.
本课题研究将决策支持系统与柔性制造系统结合,并应用柔性制造系统加工过程中的动态信息,进行柔性制造系统生产作业控制辅助决策的问题。研究动态信息在辅助决策环境下的新形式及仿真模型集成到决策支持系统中的逻辑结构。研究结果将提供柔性制造系统生产作业控制辅助决策的方法,并将为决策支持系统在我国生产管理中的应用开辟新领域。
