The purpose of this project is to integrate operative research, intelligent computation, and game theory to study the total cost optimization and the cost allocation for the inter-city network of the express alliance based on cooperative games. Concrete contents include: (1)To model the network design problem to optimize the total cost in the inter-city network of express alliance by taking the hub-and-spoke express alliance network with stopovers, feeders and center directs as the research subject, integrating the problems such as the choice of transportation mode,the routing, and the number of transportation carriers, etc.; (2) To develop the optimal plan by solving the problems mentioned above with a new mixed intelligent optimization methods based on artificial bee intelligence(ABC) algorithm;(3) Based on this, to decide the cost allocation among the enterprises in the express alliance by discussing and improving solution concepts, exploring the axiomatic characteristic of assignment rules, developing respectively two/n-person cooperative game models. The project helps reveal the influence of the cooperative express alliance to enterprise cost, which plays a positive role to express enterprise merger and reorganization and contributes to theoretical innovation of network design and cooperative games.
本项目旨在综合运用运筹学、智能计算、博弈论等知识,研究合作博弈中快递联盟城际网络的成本优化及成本分摊问题。具体内容包括:(1)以具有中转、支线及中转直连(center directs)的混合轴辐式快递联盟城际网络为研究对象,将多种运输方式的选择、路径选择及运输工具的数量确定等问题整合起来,建立网络设计问题模型, 优化快递联盟城际网络的总成本;(2)将基于人工蜂群算法的新型混合智能优化方法引入上述问题的求解中,制定快递联盟城际运营方案;(3)在此基础上,深入评论、发展合作博弈理论解概念,探索赋值规则公理性质,分别构建二人/n人合作博弈模型,确定联盟企业之间成本分摊策略。本项目有助于揭示快递企业的合作联盟对企业运营成本的影响,对快递企业兼并重组具有积极的意义,对网络设计及合作博弈理论的创新也有一定的贡献。
