缺血性脑损伤后脑功能恢复是当前医学界的疑难问题。神经干细胞(neural stem cells ,NSCs)的发现为脑损伤后功能的修复带来了生机和希望。NSCs通过分化成神经细胞和携带外源基因进入脑内而发挥治疗作用。本课题拟通过动物实验,将NF-κB基因转染至体外培养的胚胎NSCs,移植到大脑中动脉缺血大鼠的海马,以期能有效改善NSCs周围微环境,促进NSCs存活、生长和分化,达到治疗脑缺血所造成
