产业创新网络中非核心企业逆向创新演化机理研究

With the new innovative characteristics of networking, reversing, driving and sustaining, the application project points the necessity, feasibility and urgency of introducing the definition of reverse innovation from the national level into the industrial level, puts forward its new meaning in the perspective of industrial innovation network, measures the parameters characteristics of no focal firms and their reverse innovation activities in industrial innovation network quantitatively, reveals the generation conditions and evolution mechanism of reverse innovation for no focal firms in industrial innovation network, and carries out research on comparison and application of multiple typical cases. The application project aims at extracting the features, the generation conditions and the evolution mechanism of reverse innovation of no focal firms under the new perspective of industrial innovation network which can expand the traditional theory of reverse innovation, and giving some suggestions to encourage the innovation of relevant industries and strategies transform of SMEs in China, which can effectively relieve the double troubles of SMEs in China when reconstructing the structures between global value chain and domestic value chain.

申报项目切中企业创新网络化、逆向化、驱动化、持续化多元情境，从概念完备性、对象相似性及实践表现性，揭示传统逆向创新概念引申至产业创新网络层面的必要性、可行性和紧迫性。在此基础上，申报项目围绕“产业创新网络中的逆向创新研究”这一全新论题，清晰解析中微观视角下的逆向创新概念，科学刻画产业创新网络中非核心企业逆向创新属性，系统揭示产业创新网络中非核心企业逆向创新生成条件及演化机理，并面向典型企业开展多案例扎根探讨。申报项目的研究，旨在理论上提炼出产业创新网络这一全新视角下非核心企业逆向创新的属性特征、促发动力及演化机理，实现传统逆向创新理论的拓展，实践上切实缓解我国中小企业重构国际价值链与国内价值链格局的双重困境，为相关产业创新激励及中小企业战略转型提出分层对策。

围绕“一直扮演产业创新网络中‘实验应用厂’功能的非核心企业，如何突破被网络中核心企业锁定的命运，而逐渐逆袭成为产业创新网络中的核心”这一实践难题，项目立足于我国生物医药行业，从非核心企业及其逆向创新属性刻画、驱动模式构建、典型案例研究等模块开展了系统性探讨。.首先，报告以我国生物医药产业近10年专利合作数据作为基础数据，采用UCINET软件，刻画出我国生物医药产业创新网络拓扑结构图，并通过计算每家企业近10年来的核心度，识别出网络中的非核心企业及其逆向创新现象；其次，报告构建了包括企业家精神、产业政策和市场需求三个一级标题、26个二级指标的非核心企业逆向创新驱动要素体系，并综合应用DEMATEL和ISM方法，识别出其中的关键影响要素及其结构层次，最终提炼出了我国生物医药产业创新网络中非核心企业逆向创新的驱动模式为综合驱动型，即“精神为主，需求和政策为辅”驱动型；最后，报告以云南白药集团作为云南生物医药典型企业，对其逆向创新演化路径进行了案例分析。.本研究结论，在理论上可提炼出产业创新网络这一全新视角下非核心企业逆向创新的属性特征、促发动力及演化机理，实现传统逆向创新理论的拓展，实践上可切实缓解我国中小企业重构国际价值链与国内价值链格局的双重困境，为相关产业创新激励及中小企业战略转型提出分层对策。
