Acupoint has some kind of known normal tissues of three-dimensional structure , Those tissues function is closely relate to clinical curative effect. Research showed that acupoint is composed organically of many kinds of normal tissues which make up a space construction, which conclude some skin, muscle, tendon, fascia ,nerve, lymph, blood vessel, et al. Because of its complication, it is very difficult to comprehend and grasp acupoint`s anatomical structure, especially those dangerous ones, while it is very important for clinical treatment and teaching yet. Main Research:. 1. Specimen and material section: a male, 40 age,1740 mm; a female, 28 age, 1700mm; High-speed shave,1900B Japen. We settled 157 common acupoint in human body before it was perfused to fixed specimen. Female wasn't perfursed. Frozen under -30℃, poled φ=0.5cm at acupoint position, then pulled by red rudder, put some axle in box and embedded in frozen water, be cut section which be taken a photograph and pickup camera. we described the outline of corpses specimen photograph, rule some database of color, contrast and bright et al , number each photograph ( 1,2 to 1058 and 1,2 to 3022). The shape of tissue was modified by hand.. 2. Software study: software was written wiht BCW. The functions of the reconstructing software are introduced in detail. The method that is not need match on gathering the data of the 2d picture is promoted by us. We discuss the problem on the issuer of body with the technology of mode recognition. The theory about how to modify the outline of appearance and how to display the section of the body is discussed. All function of software and the method about how to use the software is also introduced here.. 3.Three-dimensional reconstruction human body: The basic method and the course about 3d reconstruction on the acupuncture anatomy plane is described. It were given in this paper that Several reconstruction images in shape of whole body, sections of sagittal plane, horizontal plane and coronal plane.Three-dimensional reconstruction technology can provide a important method to reveal the acupoint's space structure. Acupoint anatomy are made of painting or model, so there is a gap in the validity with the true ones in axle, Photograph could show the three-dimensional anatomic structure of point from different angles. Point anatomy were operated with operation apparatus which had not the reliable in some degree. . Result: The multimedia software are made by using the chinese corpses to manufacture each grass and layer anatomy of 157 points which are frequently gotten 2300 photograph . The length of the male cadaver was 1740mm and the interval of the anatomical images was 1.7mm, so that 1058 anatomical images were acquired. The length of the female cadaver was 1700mm and the interval of the anatomical images was 0.57mm, so that 3022 anatomical images were acquired. Each anatomical image had 1024 X 1536 resolution,24 b color, and 400000 in JPG form. We gained a kind of software about three-dimensional reconstruction in windows stage. Meanwhile, there are some photograph about human body and acupoint to established with the software. There are some fault about photograph axle, camera, correct location, sections and reconstruction. The data used in Fengchi, Fengfu , Yamen, Dingchui and Feishu et al, Photographs of these specimens are made with 3-ds software.. In conclusion: The Chinese Acupoint Human dataset was acquired, it will be very helpful in explaining and describing the structure of acupoint. The human body sections are made by three-dimensional software, which shows the anatomical structures where the acupoint locates at. These reconstructed pictures are also made as a part of multimedia teaching software. The software can show more clearly every tissue the acupuncture going through, and show the three-dimensional anatomic structure of point from different angles.
