Immune algorithm is an intelligent computing method based on evolution and immune mechanisms, which is suitable for solving a variety of the complex optimization problems. Based on our preliminary study and the latest research achievements in stability and redundancy of immune algorithm, energy consumption optimization model in green cloud computing, resource allocation algorithm and load balancing mechanism, this project will explore the key factors of affecting the resource allocation performance in green cloud computing environment, reveal the essential relationship among the initial distribution of population, antibody coding, data redundancy, concentrate on heuristic resource allocation algorithm based on high quality and strong feedback, and solve the huge energy consumption and the poor performance of load balancing in the process of resource allocation in green cloud computing environment. The issues include: design and analysis of key technology of resource allocation in green cloud computing environment; analysis of the key factor of energy optimization in the process of resource allocation and design of the performance model in green cloud computing environment; design of multi- objective utility function for joint time span, energy consumption optimization and load balancing; design of heuristic resource allocation algorithm based on high quality and strong feedback. The original research results of this project will provide original and innovative ideas for the research of heuristic resource allocation algorithm based on high quality and strong feedback.
免疫算法是基于进化与免疫机制而构建的智能计算方法,它适合于解决各种复杂的工程和优化问题。项目结合申请人在免疫算法的稳定性和冗余性、绿色云计算环境下的能耗优化模型、资源分配算法与负载均衡机制等方面的前期研究基础和该学科的最新成果,探索影响绿色云计算环境下资源分配性能的关键因素,揭示免疫算法的种群初始分布、抗体编码、数据冗余之间的内在关系,重点研究基于高品质与强反馈的启发式资源分配算法,解决绿色云计算环境下资源分配过程中能耗巨大、负载均衡性能较差的问题。重点研究的内容包括:绿色云计算环境下资源分配的关键技术分析建模;绿色云计算环境下资源分配的能耗优化关键因素分析与性能建模;联合时间跨度、能耗优化和负载均衡的多目标效用函数设计;基于高品质与强反馈的启发式资源分配算法设计。本项目取得的原创性科研成果将为基于高品质与强反馈的启发式资源分配算法研究提供新思路和科学依据。
