Abstract Electrokinetic flow analysis is a novel system of analytical chemistry. .It has the advantages of stable and non-pulsed flow rate, multiple analysis function, simplified setup, facile performance control, reduced consumption and high efficiency etc. In this project, the carrier additives for electroosmotic pump were adopted to prolong the pump working life, improve the flow stability and enhance the pump efficiency. The pump can also be employed for organic analysis with ethanol cairrer, and the pump efficiency and other electrokinetic properties were ameliorated by the carrier additives obviously. In this project, the theory of electrophoretic concentration in non-uniform field was put forward, and its prediction was coincident with the experiment results. By combining non-uniform field electrophoresis with electrostacking, or electrostacking with isotachophoresis, the pre-concentration of capillary electrophoresis was improved evidently. In this project, silica monolithic column was synthesized by sol-gel method and was applied to the normal phase electrochromatography separation. Its thermal effect can be reduced by filling fine quartz sand during the column preparation. Electrokinetic flow analysis has been used to carried out a number of analytical functions successfully, such as on-line color reaction, solvent extraction, electrokinetic pre-concentration and penetrative dilution etc. and can be combined with conventional detectors. The flow analysis technique can be extended in its applicationan.
电动流动分析是新型流动分析手段,它有稳定可靠的性能,广泛多样的功能和简单高效的设备等优点。它利用界面电动作用,集驱动、富集、分离和测定于一体。为开拓和提高该系统的分析功能,本课题研究内容包括:电渗介质和表面的电动性质研究,非水载流电动性质研究,在线电泳富集研究,在线电泳分离效率研究及改进和复合电动分离研究等。
