全球机械制造科学基础研究发展现状与趋势研究

At the present time, a definite gap still exists in the fundamental research of machinery manufacturing science between our country and western developed countries. How to narrow down the gap and lead the development of global manufacturing industry is a goal of our government at all times. In order to achieve this goal, it is very essential to conduct intensive research on the status and tendency of the fundamental research of global machinery manufacturing science. Around the world, Chinese professors engaged in manufacturing science are widely distributed and active in five regions globally, which are hot pots of manufacturing science research and development. Consequently, this project takes advantage of convenient real-time network and communication technology, and combines the intellectual resources of global Chinese professors in manufacturing, to conduct investigations and studies on the development status and tendency of the fundamental research of global machinery manufacturing science. Firstly, targeted investigation in manufacturing disciplines will be conducted towards important academic institutions in main regions globally. Secondly, world-renowned research institutions will be chosen to carry out field investigation, and related data will be collected, too. Thirdly, forum about the development trend of manufacturing science will be convoked participated by global Chinese professors. Finally, development status and tendency of the fundamental research of global machinery manufacturing science in future 5-10 years will be summarized and analyzed using mathematical statistics.

目前，我国在机械制造科学研究方面与发达国家还具有一定的差距，如何缩短差距，并引领全球制造业的发展是我国政府一直追寻的目标。因此，针对目前制造全球化的发展趋势，开展未来全球机械制造科学基础研究发展现状与趋势的研究十分必要。在世界范围内，制造学科的华人教授分布广泛并活跃在全球各个地区。因此，本项目将在前两次"华人教授制造科学高端论坛"的基础上,进一步集合全球制造领域华人教授的智力资源，结合中国制造业发展的特点,对中国乃至全球机械制造科学基础研究发展现状与趋势开展调查研究。并通过召开第三届全球华人教授参加的机械制造科学发展趋势的论坛，最后总结全球范围制造科学的发展现状并分析未来5-10年的发展趋势,以及中国未来制造科学发展的方向。
