中国地理资源期刊集群化平台建设及其服务模式、机制研究与实践

Journal plays an irreplaceable role in publishing results of scientific research and promotion of scientific development. Based on large-scale gathering of domestic and foreign scientific journals, market-oriented management development trend and existing problems for the development of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China, we made in-depth studies on the development pattern and mechanism for the integration of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China, proposed the image positioning of establishing an integrated digital platform of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China and based on this completed the design; then we systematically proposed the join conditions and exit mechanism, data sharing model, evaluation index system and standard for documents included, intensive management and business model as well as long-term interests distribution mechanism for the integrated digital platform of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China, thus promoting the realization of fundamental changes, upgrades and expansion of the development of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China, realizing effective transformation from paper publication to omnimedia publishing of journal of geographic sciences and natural resources research of China and achieving the effective transition from literature provider to a platform offering subject information service; and to become an exchange platform for geographers from home and abroad, having a timely and comprehensively picture of the developments in Chinese geographic sciences and natural resources research, highlighting the development level of Chinese geographic sciences and natural resources research and better serve the development of Chinese geographic sciences and natural resources research and enhance the overall impact of Chinese geographic sciences and natural resources research .

期刊对科学研究成果发表、推广以及促进科学发展发挥着不可替代的重要作用。基于国内外科技期刊规模化集聚、市场化经营的发展趋势以及中国地理资源期刊发展的现存问题，深入研究中国地理资源期刊集群化平台建设及其服务模式与机制问题，明确提出构建中国地理资源期刊集群化数字平台的形象定位，并基于此完善其功能设计；进而，系统提出中国地理资源期刊集群化数字平台的期刊加盟条件与退出机制、数据共享模式、文献收录的评价指标体系及其标准、集约管理与经营模式以及长效利益分配机制，从而推动实现中国地理资源学术期刊办刊模式与发展道路的根本转变，实现中国地理资源期刊办刊由纸质出版向全媒体出版的有力转型，由文献生产者向学科信息服务提供平台的有力转型。打造出中国地理资源期刊数字传媒网，成为地理学家的交流平台和门户网站，及时全面反映中国地理科学发展动态，彰显中国地理科学发展水平，更好地服务于中国地理科学，提升中国地理科学的综合影响。
