In China, with the development of major city's scale and the increase of its construction stage, the effect of urban buried pipe network system is more and more important for the whole city. Its types and layouts are more various, and its surroundings are more complicated. Then, how to ensure its safety, when extreme earthquake occur in the future, has been the research hot topic in the world earthquake engineering field. So,in this project,a systematically research on seismic response and damage mechanism of urban buried pipeline in complex environment subjected to extreme earthquake will be carried out. A shaking table array will be used to study the seismic response of buried pipeline, considering the non-uniform distribution of earthquake action. A numerical simulation method will be also built to study the seismic response of the soil-pipeline system, which is validated by the results of shaking table test. Next,damage mechanism of typical urban buried pipeline in complex environment will be studied with the numerical simulaiton method. Based on these researchs, a simple calculation method will be proposed to analyze the seismic response of buried pipeline. Finally, after analyzing the shock-resistant performance of typical urban buried pipeline,some treatment methods will be suggested for different earthquake damage. Therefore,the project is significant to promote the aseismatic research of lifeline engineering.
随着城市的规模变大以及现代化建设的程度的提高,城市地下管网系统的型式布局愈加多样化、所跨越的区域也越来越广、地质条件及周边环境也更为复杂,城市对地下管网系统的依赖性越强。如何确保城市地下管网系统在未来地震作用下安全可靠地运行, 是工程设计和管理部门迫切需要解决的问题,也是近年来国际地震工程界的一个热门话题。故此,本项目拟针对复杂环境条件下的城市地下管网中的管线抗震问题开展系统研究,利用多子台台阵系统开展非一致激励下的地下管线地震响应模型试验研究;考虑多因素影响,建立数值仿真分析方法,并以振动台模型试验结果验证;进而,研究复杂环境条件下城市地下管线的地震破坏机理,并提出地下管线抗震性能简化分析计算方法。通过对典型环境下地下管线进行抗震性能分析后,针对其不同地震破坏方式,建议相应的防治措施。因此,本项目开展的工作将对促进生命线工程抗震研究有重要的理论意义。
本项目针对城市埋地管线(及管网)抗震的一些问题开展工作。针对埋地管线的长输特性,重点分析了非一致激励下埋地管线的动力响应。为此,从理论、试验和数值仿真方面开展了较为系统的研究,发展了埋地管道地震反应的简化计算模型及方法;自主研发了用于振动台试验的连续体模型箱,首次开展了能考虑多点非一致激励作用及非均匀场地条件的埋地管道振动台试验;利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了埋地管线地震响应参数影响分析。针对城市埋地管线的网络特性,依托本项目开展了城市供水管网抗震能力分析及性能化设计方法研究。通过本项目的研究,对城市埋地管线的地震响应和管网抗震性能有了一个较为清晰的规律性认识,可以为埋地管线的抗震设计提供技术依据。
