Crowdsourcing, as a platform under Internet plus, for online design & innovation, is becoming a hot focus in recent years. This project, in the context of fast fashion supply chain, from the tailored-design perspective, (1) firstly establishes decision-making model for fast fashion product under crowdsourcing online-customized-design. Then, (2) by introducing offline-customized-design sector and combining it with online one, the hybrid on/offline-switch mode and conditions are addressed; Afterwards, utilizing the rolling method, the model above with the only design tie is extended to the one in the presence of multi-ties supply chain structure; on the basis of this, (2) optimizing model of the whole fast fashion supply chain is investigated via taking hybrid on/offline retailored-design and upstream/downstream coordination into account. In addition, considering that customized-demand information updates in real time, (3) and further analyzes the effects of diverse combined strategies on each tier along supply chain to deal with this change; Then,(4)due to structural and operational difference between conventional supply chain and Internet-based crowdsourcing one, the coordination mechanism with multi-dimension-and-entity, in the setting of platform economy, is devised to incent each stakeholder along upstream and downstream, online and offline. Finally, through global optimization and feedback from empirical analysis, the management kit for fast fashion supply chain management is expected to acquire,and apply into practice for the government departments and companies’ decision-making.
众包(Crowdsourcing)作为一种“互联网+”线上设计创新的平台载体,正成为当今关注焦点。本项目以快时尚供应链为背景,以定制设计为切入点,首先(1)建立Online众包定制设计的快时尚产品决策模型;然后按递进原则,(2)通过Offline自身定制设计环节,与Online众包定制设计相结合,探讨On/Offline混合定制设计的切换条件和模式;结合滚动优化,将决策模型延伸至多链节的供应链结构上,(3)并从供应链角度,研究线上线下混合设计、上游下游协同的快时尚供应链订单生产优化模型;接着,(4)针对快时尚行业定制信息更新频繁,分析在信息更新传导效应下,供应链不同链节企业的响应组合策略;以及考虑众包平台在结构和运作上的差异,(5)构建基于“平台”特征的多维多方协调机制,以激励线上线下和上游下游利益各方;最后通过全局优化和实证反馈校正,将获取成果应用于实际,为政府和企业决策提供科学参考。
