The Jianping Complex is located at the conjunction of the Trans-North China Orogen (TNCO) and Longgang Block. Three types of high-pressure (HP) mafic granulites, including amphibole-poor with “red-eye socket” texture, amphibole-poor with “white-eye socket” texture and amphibole-rich assemblage are identified in Jianping Complex. Using the approaches of phase equilibria modeling and multiple isotopic geochronology, this project will systematically study the phase equilibria relations of these three HP mafic granulites, recover their peak metamorphic conditions and P–T paths, seek the mineralogical symbols of ultra-high temperature (UHT) metamorphism in mafic granulites, define the metamorphic ages and their relations with mineral assemblages, elucidate whether there were two phases metamorphism of Neoarchean and Paleoproterozoic in the study area, and provide more petrological evidence for discussing the tectonic division and metamorphic evolution of Precambrian basement in the North China Craton.
建平杂岩分布在中部造山带和龙岗陆块的交界区,其中出现3类高压基性麻粒岩:贫角闪石的红眼圈型、贫角闪石的白眼圈型和富含角闪石的组合。本项目拟利用相平衡模拟及多种年代学方法,确定3类麻粒岩的变质相平衡关系,恢复其峰期变质条件和P–T轨迹,查明基性麻粒岩超高温变质作用的矿物学标志,确定变质年龄及其与矿物组合的关系,阐明研究区是否经历了新太古代和古元古代两期麻粒岩相变质作用,为讨论华北克拉通基底构造格局和演化历史提供岩石学依据。
建平杂岩分布在中部造山带和龙岗陆块的交界区,与冀东麻粒岩相区一样经历了多期复杂的变质-变形改造。建平杂岩主要由TTG片麻岩和少量变质表壳岩组成,表壳岩包括基性麻粒岩、斜长角闪岩、磁铁石英岩和超镁铁质岩等。本项目选择贫角闪石的白眼圈型和富含角闪石型的基性麻粒岩进行系统的变质相平衡和年代学研究,为讨论华北克拉通基底构造格局和演化历史提供岩石学依据。取得以下进展:(1)贫角闪石的白眼圈型基性麻粒岩可恢复三阶段矿物组合,早期包体组合指示进变质过程,峰期矿物组合以石榴石,单斜辉石,斜长石和粗粒角闪石为特征,相平衡模拟获得12–13 kbar和880–900°C的峰期变质条件,峰期后降压组合以出现“白眼圈”结构为特征,指示ITD型降压轨迹;富含角闪石型基性麻粒岩的矿物组合包括石榴石,单斜辉石,斜长石,角闪石,石英和少量钛铁矿,石榴石内具有大量包体,指示进变质阶段处于缺流体条件,恢复其峰期变质条件为11–12kbar/820–840°C,固相线组合的变质条件为~9kbar/790°C。二者都达到了高压麻粒岩相变质条件,整体上呈顺时针型P-T轨迹。(2)锆石年代学研究表明,基性麻粒岩具有2487Ma–2460Ma和1850Ma–1832Ma两期变质年龄,原岩的形成时代为2532Ma–2508Ma,结合锆石稀土配分模式和Ti温度计结果,高压基性麻粒岩对应古元古代变质时代,早期的变质事件仅被锆石记录。(3)建平地区古元古代为主的高压麻粒岩相变质作用有别于冀东地区,后者以新太古代晚期为主,只有少量古元古代叠加变质事件被报道,结合已有工作,提出华北克拉通北缘可能存在一条~1.85Ga的古元古代造山带,或与哥伦比亚超大陆的聚合过程有关。
