Grid structure with bolt-sphere joints is widely used in China at present. The study on varied-amplitude fatigue behavior of this structure is still a blank field in the world. Main research contents of this project include: fatigue loading spectrum; fatigue strength; calculating method of fatigue life; fatigue mechanism; affecting factors of fatigue behavior. Based on above systematic theory and test researches, the design method of varied-amplitude fatigue on the grid structure is put forword in this project. The reseach achievements not only fill in the gaps of our codes, but only bring about a great advance in application of this grid structure.
螺栓球节点网架结构的变幅疲劳性能研究属国内外空白领域。本项目研究内容包括:悬挂吊车作用下的载荷谱;螺栓球节点网架的疲劳强度;疲劳寿命的预测方法;疲劳破坏机理、影响要素以及提高疲劳强度的措施;最终建立该结构的变幅疲劳设计方法。本项目的预期成果将填补我国网架规范空白,提供设计依据,对网架结构在工业厂房中推广应用有深远影响。
