With the full and deep development of the construction of smart city engineering,how to quickly access to different levels of detail urban buildings,which are of a wide range of complex 3D city scene data, has become a bottleneck restricting China's wisdom city construction and extensive application in modeling. At present, the 3D laser scanning system to provide technical support for new city of large scale and complex 3D data acquisition and modeling. But there are still many problems such as theory and method, the hidden parts of data acquisition is not matching, and non hidden parts data acquisition method in large-scale 3D scene display and the difficulty of correction of real time positioning and slow rendering velocity sensor, and attitude etc.. In this paper, a wide range of complex data set of multi city 3D information fusion processing of 3D scene data and 3D reconstruction, CORS and car 3D laser scanning sensor system, city of large scale and complex 3D city scene data storage and parallel rendering, extensive application in modeling the main problem on a system depth, quick access to solve the large range city complex 3D scene and ubiquitous application problem, improve the building of the city 3D complex scene of efficiency and accuracy, enhance the 3D City data storage and retrieval speed, promote deep degree wisdom City, and the application of research results to validate the wisdom city demonstration project.
随着国家智慧城市建设工程的全面深度开展,不同细节层次、大范围复杂城市三维场景数据的快速获取与泛在应用建模成为制约我国智慧城市建设的瓶颈。目前车载三维激光扫描系统为城市大范围复杂三维场景数据的获取与三维建模提供了新的技术支撑。但仍然面临不少实际难题,比如隐蔽部位获取的数据与非隐蔽部位获取额的数据不匹配、大范围三维场景的显示与绘制速度慢、以及传感器姿态的实时定位与校正困难、三维城市环境下应用分析建模困难等。本课题针对城市大范围复杂三维场景数据的多源三维信息融合处理与三维重建、CORS与车载3D激光扫描传感系统的数据套合、城市大范围复杂三维城市场景数据存储与并行绘制、泛在应用建模等主要问题进行系统深度研究,解决大范围城市三维复杂场景的快速获取与建模,及其泛在应用建模之难题,提高当前城市三维复杂场景的构建效率与精度,提升三维城市大数据的存储检索速度,促进智慧城市的深度决策应用
