汉坦病毒在不同宿主间的进化规律与HFRS流行的关系

本项目在获得湖北地区1985～2000年的黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠及肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者体内229株汉坦病毒(HV)M片段酶切图谱特征的基础上，进一步利用RT-PCR、核苷酸测序等技术分析同一地区1985～2009年HV 的S、M片断高变区基因的变异频率与变异位点，并对其自然宿主（鼠）的线粒体DNA的细胞色素b基因和D环区基因进行同步研究，结合当年度HFRS流行病学资料，纵向分析以阐明HV与鼠的共进化关系，横向比较拟揭示HV 从鼠传播到人的分子机制，回顾性研究将明确HV 和宿主共进化规律与HFRS 流行的关系。该项研究将为制订HFRS的防治方案,控制该病的流行和HV 疫苗的应用策略提供新的理论依据；还可在GenBank中登陆一批新基因，为我国在病毒基因组计划中抢占一席之地。
