结项摘要
本研究包括两项研究内容，临床部分测定小夹板固定骨折与石膏固定后肢体血流量，功能活动对局部血流的影响。动物实验部分包括骨折局部缺血实验动物模型制备，观察骨折局部血流改变对骨折愈合组织学影响及细胞超微结构的变化，并测定血流变化对骨折愈合生物力学指标的影响。本研究将丰富中西医结合治疗骨折的理论基础，提高治疗水平。
