This project applies to infrared temperature difference method to acquire the four season thermal state data of the human body’s internal organs, and applies to HIGH PRECISION INTELLIGENT MANIPULATOR OF TCM PULSE DIAGNOSIS INFORMATION ACQUISITION AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM based on the dynamic standardization technology, which was developed by ourselves to acquire pulse information of the Cun, Guan, Chi, the six pulses of both hands. We have started to develop the research work on the change regulation of the thermal state of the four season internal organs of ordinary people and their correlativity, which is the expansion of our research on the change regulation of the ordinary people’s four season pulses in the recent years..The theory of visceral manifestations is a method of the Traditional Chinese Medicine to recognize the human body. That is “All within must be done on the outside.” The state of the internal organs can be distinguished from the body surface temperature; in the meantime, life is the function of time which is influenced by the four seasons, and the pulse state is related with the change of the four seasons; therefore, to study the change regulation of the thermal state of the four season internal organs of ordinary people and their correlativity becomes a key scientific problem, and it is the foundation to develop the modern studies on the viscera physiology and pathology. So far, the related papers haven’t appeared, so this project is to start the research. .Dirty air method is the foundation of prevention, health, prediction of prognosis of the disease and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The important part of clinical theory is that only if you know the regulation well, you can change freely. Therefore, to recognize the change regulation of the normal people’s four season thermal state, pulse graphic models and their parameters is the premise and foundation to deeply develop the clinical treatment.
本项目将应用红外温差方法获得人体四季脏腑热态数据,应用自主研制的基于动态标准化技术的“高精度智能机械手中医脉诊信息采集分析系统”获得双手寸关尺六部脉的脉诊信息,开展“人体四季脏腑热态和脉象变化规律及其相关关系”的研究,这是在我们近年研究“平人四时脉变化规律”基础上的扩展。.藏象是中医认识人体的一种方法,即“有诸内必行于诸外”。从体表温度可以辨别内在脏腑的状态;同时,生命又是时间的函数,会受到四季的影响,脉象与四时变化密切相关,因此,研究“人体四季脏腑热态和脉象变化规律及其相关关系”就成为藏象研究的一个关键科学问题,是开展藏象生理、病理现代研究的基础。因未见相关研究论文,故本项目拟开展此项研究工作。 .“脏气法时”是预防、养生、预测疾病转归和辨证论治的根基。临证论治贵在知常达变。因此,对正常人四季热态、脉图模型及其参数变化规律的认知,是深入开展临证论治的前提和基础。
“人与天地相参”是中医学的理论核心,是中医学整体观的核心内容,《内经》将其称为“脏气法时”。有学者认为其主要体现在人体的时间之序与自然之序相一致,且具有周期节律的震荡性特征。多年来理论研究较多,在真实世界用现代技术方法研究较少,因此缺少现代数据证据,影响了中医现代化的学术发展。.本项目从四季人体热图和脉图两个角度,研究人体年节律变化过程中与太阳黄经(天)、气温(地)数据相应变化的模式与规律,在真实世界对“人与天地相参”进行研究并取得了重要进展。项目的重要结果总结如下:.方法学创新:创新绘制出“天地人”节律模型图。发现热图、脉图参数的相位延迟现象,证明相位在评价“天地人”年节律中发挥了重要的作用,是本项目在方法学上的创新。.关键科学证据:本研究所获得的数据从人体热图年节律和脉图年节律两个角度,为中医学“人与天地相参”理论核心从现实世界提供了关键科学证据。天地参数与正面躯干温度、背面躯干温度、任脉温度、督脉温度呈现出显著相关性。六部脉193个参数中,共有63个参数与天地参数呈现出相关性显著(P<0.05),包含1个脉位参数,6个时域参数及15个频域参数。发现人体脉图和气温同相位变化的中医脉诊的关键科学证据。.理论认知及学科发展:本项目在方法学上的创新结果及所获得的关键科学证据,对于中医学整体观的核心“人与天地相参”具有重要的理论认知意义,对于中医学现代化的学科发展具有促进意义。尤其是通过对天地人数据的相位关系的研究,惊奇地发现人体脉图竟然和地的数据——气温是同相位变化的,早于人体热图的变化,这一结果说明脉的变化紧随天的变化,说明了脉的四季敏感性,也为中医脉学能够灵敏探测人体变化提供了数据证据,还为今后从相位的变化与疾病证候之间的联系展开进一步的研究提供了新的视角和技术方法。
