半导体学报

Journal of Semiconductors is an academic journal organized by the China Institute of Electronics and the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Journal of Semiconductors has been adhering to the purpose of running, enthusiastic service to readers and authors since 1980.It has become the most important academic journal in China''s semiconductor field after nearly 30 years of development. Journal of Semiconductors has a certain visibility and recognition at home and abroad, but there is still a huge development, promotion space. We hope the impact factor, cited frequency, publishing period, personnel, the international popularity and the internationalization of the journal have a qualitative leap, to become the domestic first-class, international famous periodicals of science and technology, through the joint efforts of the editorial office and member of the editorial board in three years.

《半导体学报》是中国电子学会和中国科学院半导体研究所主办的学术期刊，自1980年创刊以来一直秉承办刊宗旨，热心服务于作者和读者。《半导体学报》经过近30年的发展，已经成为我国半导体领域最重要的学术期刊，在国内外具有一定的知名度和认可度，同时还存在着巨大的发展、提升空间。希望在国家自然科学基金的支持下，经过编辑部和编委的共同努力，在三年的时间内使《半导体学报》的影响因子、被引频次、出版周期、人才队伍、国际知名度和期刊国际化等方面有一个质的飞跃，成为国内一流、国际知名的科技期刊。

2013年在基金委的资助下，充分发挥《半导体学报》的品牌效应，挖掘《半导体学报》的发展潜力，调动编委的积极性。《半导体学报》海外编委、美国工程院院士、中国科学院外籍院士薩支唐教授陆续将他的研究成果发表在《半导体学报》上，提高了《半导体学报》的国际影响力，2013年《半导体学报》在中信所的影响因子为0.278，比前一年提高了35%，JCR的影响因子达到了0.396。经过基金委连续几年的资助，《半导体学报》取得了不俗的表现，在2013年《半导体学报》获得了中国科协的认可，得到中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划的资助。
