二种新的Furovirus属可能成员病毒全系列及其基因组结构

Comparison on complete sequences and phylogenetic tree analysis show that the fungal-transmitted cereal viruses named as European wheat mosaic virus (EWMV) in European(French and Italy) was a new specie of genus Furovirus, while Oat golden stripe virus (OGSV) was not a strain of Soil-borne wheat mosaic virus (SBWMV) but a identical one. Though this work, the typical genome organization and some specific motifs of this genus was established. 3 students graduated through this work.

最近，我们从意大利发现一个新病毒，经初步研究表明为真传棒状病毒（Furovirus)可能成员。燕麦金色条纹病毒（OGSV）是Furovirus属的一个成员。本项目拟完成这二种病毒基因全序列测定，明确二者基因组结构和功能，进一步从分子水平鉴定二者的种类和分类，阐明Furovirus属成员之间的亲缘关系和变异，并画出分支树，并在SCI杂志发表论文2篇。.
