Due to the special climate and geographic environment of Xinjiang, there are many kinds of natural medicinal plants in Kashgar, a district of south Xinjiang. The natural medicinal plants in Kashgar have novel chemical molecular structures compared with the plants in up-country of China. In this project, three specific natural medicinal plants in Kashgar will be adopted for studying the extraction, separation, analysis, and anti-virus activity test of the main active ingredients in the plants. At first, separation, purification and analysis of the active ingredients from the seeds of the plants are studied using the advance absorption materials combining with separation-purification techniques, and structural analysis and characterization of compounds and the active sites are performed using spectroscopic techniques such as NMR, MS, IR, CD and etc.; Secondly, the anti-virus activities measurement and screening of the separated compounds are studied employing the high throughput screening technology; Then preparation of the active ingredients is conducted to obtain the pure compounds and validation of the structures and anti-virus activities is done using these compounds; Finally, a library of biological activity compounds for natural medicinal plants is established. The purpose of this project is to develop methods for natural medicinal plant studies and provide bases for further protection, organization and comprehensive utilization of the natural medicinal plants in Kashgar.
由于新疆特有的气候和地理环境,使新疆天然药物的有效成份和化学结构比其他地区更加丰富,具有重要的研究、发掘与利用价值。本项目将针对新疆喀什地区特有的库鲁木提草、牛舌草和大叶藜三种药用植物,开展药用植物中有效成份的分析与抗病毒活性研究。利用现代分离材料及分离纯化技术对三种药用植物的各种活性成份进行分离、分析和纯化,并釆用谱学技术(NMR, MS, IR, CD等)鉴定化学成分的结构并分析其活性部位;然后利用分子药物筛选技术将得到的分离提取产物进行抗病毒活性的测定和筛选,并利用制备型高效液相色谱技术对抗病毒活性成分进行进一步的单体化合物分离制备及化学结构验证;最后建立喀什地区药用植物有效部位和单体化合物样品资源库,为进一步开展药用植物化学研究以及喀什特有药用植物资源的保护和可持续利用研究提供基础和科学依据。
本项目以新疆喀什地区特有的库鲁木提草、牛舌草等几种药用植物为主要分离分析目标,建立了高效、快速提取分离纯化药用植物活性成分的实验系统,并建立对库鲁木提草、牛舌草等几种药用植物有效成份进行抗病毒活性筛选的系统,为开展药用植物化学研究以及喀什特有药用植物资源的保护和可持续利用研究提供基础和科学依据。公开发表了学术论文15篇,其中SCI论文6篇。
