高新技术企业数字化管理研究

This project researches on the features of resource management and the requirement of management functions for high-tech enterprises under the new.economic environment of informationization and the networks. It also researches on the management, theories, modes, system framework and technical support of enterprise digitalization that are relevant to state of the digital economy. The.emphases of this project are the measuring technologies and managing model technologies for the knowledge resource of high-tech enterprises, it has designed a digital strategy for high-tech enterprises. This project also builds up a technical and.theoretical basis for the integration of digital management technologies and the establishment of digital management system in high-tech enterprises. It has made a important phased achievement. The research of this project has great theoretical and practical significance to the development of economy management theories, the high-speed growth of high-tech enterprises, the management reform of the traditional.enterprises and the realization of informationization in enterprises in the developing course of industrial economy to cybereconomy.
