With the continuous improvement of urbanization level,large-scale development of urban underground space has been arising. The segmentation and restriction between underground space and ground space has been broken through. From the perspective of the integration of urban ground and underground space, the growth limitation and carrying capacity of urban space have to be re-examined and re-assessed, the traditional urban spatial planning theories and methods should also have been developed. In the way of analyzing three-dimensional characteristics of urban space and the macroscopically collaborate and integrate mechanism of multidimensional space, this study try to describe the evolution mode and key parameters of urban ground and underground space integration, research designing patterns and impact factor of the integration of urban ground and underground space in different "Depth", present hierarchical and multidimensional development and utilization mode for the integration of urban ground and underground space. Through the way of studying the resource value and developing strength and capacity assessment of the integration of urban ground and underground space based on the 3S technology, This research establishes an control index system and proportional threshold for integrating development, builds up forecasting theory of integrating demand for ground and underground space. Based on the GIS technology and harmonious city theory. In the end, from the perspective of the integration of urban ground and underground space, this study builds up Sustainable coordinating evaluation theory for urban ground and underground space and show the way to achieve three-dimensional development of modern city based on the research of multiple spatial forms for urban ground and underground space.
随着我国城市化水平不断提高,城市地下空间大规模开发,突破了城市地上地下空间的区隔与限制,基于城市地上地下空间一体化的视角,需重新审视与评估城市空间增长边界与承载力,并对城市空间规划理论与方法进行研究与完善。本研究通过解析城市空间立体化特性和不同阶段地上与地下多维空间宏观协同与融合机理,研究城市地上地下空间一体化的演化模式和关键描述参数,探索城市地上地下空间一体化设计模式及影响因子;通过研究基于3S技术的城市地上地下空间一体化资源价值、开发利用强度、容量评估,确定一体化开发控制指标体系与比例阈值,建立基于和谐城市和GIS技术的地上地下空间一体化需求预测理论;从城市地上地下空间一体化视角出发,通过城市地上地下空间形态整合研究,建立城市地上和地下空间可持续协调评价理论,推动城市立体化研究进程。
