拟蕨藓属的分类修订及其与近缘属的关系

Pterobryopsis, the biggest genus in Pterobryaceae, which including 30 species, is mainly distributed in China, India and Southeast Asia. The researches on the genus are limited to a few areas of several species. An in-depth study of three issues of this genus is necessary: (1) The defination of Pterobryopsis is not clear, the identification characters of the current defination are not exact. (2) The relationships between Pterobryopsis and the related genera are confusing, many of the diagnostic characters of different genera are same. (3) The species division need further clarification, the variation of the key characters should be made sure. To solve these problems, the type specimens and a large number of specimens will be examined for the problematic taxa. Studies on molecular phylogeny, character analysis and peristome and pollon morphology will be done to revise the genus Pterobryopsis and clarity the relationships between it and the related genera.

拟蕨藓属是蕨藓科的第一大属，全世界30种，主要分布于中国、印度及东南亚地区。对该属的分类学研究仅限于地区性修订，急需世界性的分类学修订。根据对拟蕨藓属已有的初步研究发现，该属存在如下问题：1. 拟蕨藓属的界定尚需进一步明确，原有定义范围过于宽泛，易与近缘属混淆；2. 拟蕨藓属与邻近属的界限模糊，一些关键性鉴别特征与邻近属一致；3. 拟蕨藓属种的划分仍然混乱，关键性状的变异范围亟待考察。本研究将通过对拟蕨藓属模式标本和普通标本的研究、孢粉学研究，并结合性状的统计学分析，弄清该属的界定、种类划分并完成属的分类学修订。与此同时，获取该属及邻近属的实验材料，利用分子系统学的方法，探讨拟蕨藓属的系统发育以及与邻近属的系统关系。

本项目通过对拟蕨藓属模式标本和普通标本的研究，结合分子系统学的证据，完成对拟蕨藓属的分类学修订，探讨了其与邻近属的关系。. 借阅了模式标本40号，普通标本698号，观察和记录了19个性状的变异情况，总结出植物体外形、叶部分特征以及孢蒴对于属的界定具有重要的分类意义，叶的排列方式、叶形、叶尖、中肋长短等叶的细部特征对于种的划分具有重要意义。. 利用3个基因组的7个片段，使用 MP（最大简约法）、ML（最大似然法）和MrBayes（贝叶斯推论）方法，构建系统发育树，结合形态证据，证明拟蕨藓属不是一个自然类群，保留该属，同时新建立3个属——蔓蕨藓属Garovagliella N.-N. Yu & Y. Jia gen. nov.、树蕨藓属Pterobryodendron (M. Fleisch.) N.-N. Yu & Y. Jia stat. nov.和南蕨藓属Renauldiopsis N.-N. Yu & Y. Jia gen. nov.。综合形态和分子证据，对拟蕨藓属、新建立的3个属，以及现有确定的种类，进行了描述、绘图，并提供了分属和分种检索表。. 拟蕨藓属及与其邻近的属的关系通过分子证据和形态证据得到解决。原拟蕨藓属植物新分出的树蕨藓属与耳平藓属关系最近；南蕨藓属与南美洲的Hildebrandtiella和Orthostichidium的关系最近，也从叶片排列方式上得到一定的支持；修订后的拟蕨藓属与Jaegerina的关系最近。
