Fe2O3, Co/CoO, Cu/CuO, Mn/MnO2 nanoparticles were prepared by laser-induced vapor-phase method and laser heating gas-evaporation method with a laser of 150W CW CO2 as the light source. The process parameters, such as the laser power density, reaction pressure, the sorts and rate of airflow et al. effect the capability and the product of the nanopaticles. Transmission electron microscopy ﹙TEM﹚, X-ray-diffraction﹙XRD﹚et al.were used to describe the characteristics of these samples. At the same time, other methods which synthese the same nanoparticles were also researched in contrast. The results show that the chemical bond, size and crystal system of nanoparticles can be controlled synthesized by controlling the process parameters. This research not only has great academic value on the facets of developing the inorganic synthesis technoledge and realizing the particular characters of the nanoparticles, but also provides important experimental data on the laser method.
详细研究激光气相法制备铁系纳米粒子的实验工艺,寻找实验的动力学参数与产品微观结构和宏观性能的函数关系,并与激光法制备纳米薄膜和原子团簇进行对比研究。力求达到通过实验参数的选择实现对纳米材料的微观结构和宏观性能的控制。该研究在发展无机合成技术、完善无机物理化学的有关理论、认识纳米粒子特异性能等方面具有重要的理论意义。
