The approximated models replacing complex and time-consuming CFD tools has become a necessary methods in hull form optimization. However, the current research is mainly in the offline construction stage, that is, the approximated models are built by a large number of sample points selected before the optimization. It is difficult to ensure that the accuracy of approximated models in local spaces, especially for the local space where the optimal solution located, and has great impact for the reliability of the optimization results. This project intends to research the approximate model online construction method in hull form optimization. The sample points are selected before optimization and during optimization process, and the approximated model is reconstructed in optimization process to improve its global and local accuracy. The research contents include: the selecting methods of initial sample points and sequential sample points; the reconstruction method of approximated model; the accuracy evaluation method of approximated model; the application of approximated model online construction method in hull form optimization based on the existing ship optimization platform of research group. The purpose of this project is to reveal the mechanism of the approximated model online construction method and propose a construction method suitable for the hull form optimization.
在船型优化中,近似模型取代复杂耗时的CFD求解器已经成为必要手段,但目前的研究还主要处于离线构造阶段,即在优化开始前通过一次性地选取大量样本点来构造近似模型,其很难保证近似模型在局部空间的精确度,尤其是最优解所在的局部空间,对优化结果的可靠性有较大影响。本项目拟对船型优化中近似模型的在线构造方法开展研究,即在优化开始前以及优化进程中多次选取样本点,并不断重构近似模型以提高近似模型在全局以及局部空间的精确度。具体研究内容包括:初始样本点和增选样本点的选取方法;近似模型的重构方法;近似模型的精确度评价方法;并在此基础上结合项目组已有的船体型线优化平台,对近似模型在线构造方法在船型优化中的应用开展研究。本项目旨在揭示近似模型在线构造的机理,并提出适用于船型优化的构造方法。
