The methodological study of organohalogen contaminants has been achieved by means of nuclear analysis, especially neutron activation analysis, combined with traditional analytical techniques. By the established method the contents of extractable organohalogens in milk samples from various regions of China were determined. The results indicate that the current pollution level of dairy products cannot be neglected. The concentration of the extractable organohalogens in the milk samples is declining according to the order of EOCL>>EOBr>EOI, and the contents of EOCL in south China is higher than that in north China. Our purpose is to apply the advanced nuclear analytical methods for evaluating the organohalogens level in milk and pork, for understanding of their pollution sources and pathways, and for providing the prevention and control strategy. The application of nuclear technique in the environment has been emphasized, which will become one of the frontiers of future research.
采用核分析和传统分析相结合的方法,研究北京地区食品中的有机卤素污染物。建立能更好地反映环境中有机卤素污染物污染水平的核分析方法;结合其它方法的分析结果,评估该类化合物的污染水平,研究其污染途径和控制对策;为控制北京地区的食品污染提供科学依据;促进核技术在环境科学中的应用,成为核科学和环境科学相结合的新的研究方向。.
