According to the proposal, some of the fundamental physical and chemical problems encounted in polymer colloids and interface science have been studied. (1) A theoretical model and experimental method based on steady-state fluorescence anisotropy have been proposed to realize the semi-quantitative measurement of the conformation of polymers adsorbed at solid/liquid interfaces; (2) A new principle, based on interactions between polymers, for design and preparation of stimuli sensitive polymer gels and films have been proposed; A microgel templating method has been proposed to prepare nanostructured organic-inorganic monodisperse microparticles; A new idea based on supera-molecular interactions between immobilized aromatic molecules has been proposed for preparation of sensing films. More than 22 research papers, and 1 monograph have published during the last 3 years. Among them, 16 have been abstracted by SCI. In addition, 1 PhD and 3 MSc students have been trained in the research.
建立静态荧光各向异性法测定固液界面吸附态大分子构象的理论模型,推倒出有关分析表达式,以若干模型吸附体系检验方法的适用性,探讨影响方法应用的因素及其消除办法,并用新方法对一些典型体系中的大分子界面吸附、界面自组装和集聚行为进行研究。此方法的建立对于从分子水平上研究其它方法难以研究的极稀溶液中大分子固液界面行为有重要意义。..
