The influence of various transplantation methods on the homing of umbilical cord stem cells were systemically observed, including processing acceptor or not, transplantation routes and programmed transplantation. Based on the results, the effects of the hemotoplastic microenvironmental ingredients on the homing were explored through transplantating umbilical cord CD34+ cells with fetal hemotoplastic matrix stem cells simultaneouslly, or after incubation with cytokines (IL-3, GM-CSF, SCF, FGF) and cellular matrix components (Fn, HSPG) three hours in vitro.
