明长城军事防御体系整体性保护策略研究

The Great Wall of Ming Dynasty, which is known as the most important world cultural heritage, demonstrates its rigorous hierarchy, integrity and systematicness as a military defensive system. But due to the neglect on the importance of authenticity and integrity of the Great Wall, it makes difficulties on value assessment, conservation planning and management of it. Based on enormous field survey data, and coordinating diverse techniques, such as aerial photographing and GIS spatial analysis, the research focus on the holistic conservation strategy of the military defensive system of the Ming Great Wall and researches in following steps: reveals the relationship and interaction process between the external environment and the factors of the Wall system in different level, from the macro structure of the Wall defensive system to the settlement hierarchy and the subsystem of the Wall; take the case of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and explore the methods of heritage value assessment and risk forecasting in conservation of the military defensive system; provide the methods and principles for the demarcation of the Wall and the relevant military settlements, build up a hierarchical conservation management strategy and sustainable using method. The research break though the traditional ideas of the Great Wall preservation, and makes a theoretical and philological significance in that it expands the resource and improves the value of culture heritage, and bridge the gap between conservation and using under authenticity and integrity principles.

明长城作为珍贵的世界文化遗产，是一具有严密的层次性、整体性、系统性的军事防御体系，但其原真性和完整性尚未得到充分认识，以致严重影响到明长城的价值认知研究和保护规划与管理工作的顺利进行。本课题基于整体系统观点和聚落空间分析视角，以实地考察为基础，依托无人机低空信息采集与处理和GIS空间分析技术，对明长城军事防御体系的整体性保护策略展开研究：1、明长城原真性和整体性研究；2、明长城军事防御体系空间分析；3、明长城军事防御体系价值评估框架；4、以京津冀地区为例，探索长城军事防御体系的保护层次、对象及其保护范围划界依据与方法，制定分级保护及属地管理规则，提出整体性保护策略。课题突破以往有关长城研究与保护的传统观念，对拓展文化遗产资源，提升历史文化价值，实现明长城原真性、完整性保护与利用，具有重要的理论和现实意义。

项目背景：.明长城拥有完善的军事防御体系，而今保护问题尤为紧迫突出，需制定完善的保护策略。该策略需建立明长城基础空间信息数据库，以时空演进与系统分析为基础，结合大量勘测信息，综合史料记载，以整体、系统、有层次的认识完善长城整体性保护的原则与方法。对比课题组已完成的明长城军事聚落与防御体系基础性研究，明长城整体性保护策略研究将更加复杂化，也十分必要。.研究内容：.课题以信息梳理、空间分析、评估框架、保护策略的顺序展开。补充军事聚落、交通讯息传递系统的现场调查，基于详实的历史资料建立GIS数据库；运用GIS技术和空间分析方法研究明长城军事防御体系的整体结构、构成要素与外部环境的系统关系，获得系统性、整体性和原真性认识；建立价值评估指标体系，并以京津冀地区为例，提出层次性研究与保护方法及整体性保护策略。.重要结果、关键数据及其科学意义：.1.明长城军事防御体系基础空间信息数据库包含防御体系构成要素的精确空间数据和基本地理信息，通过实地考察和采用先进空地一体化技术获取的二维和三维数据信息，史料记载的详细军事防御体系相关历史信息，以及数字信息目录。数据库作为研究基础，可应用于数据库管理、时空分析、价值评估、保护监测和展示利用技术研究等方面。.2.明长城军事防御体系空间分析运用GIS的各项分析功能，深入挖掘明长城防御体系形成和演进的内在机制，认识明长城文化遗产的整体性价值，制定整体保护与利用的策略，为其保护和合理开发工作奠定理论基础。.3.明长城军事防御体系保护策略包括建立明长城防御体系价值评估框架，制定保护规划划界的决策依据与标准和分级保护分段管理整体保护办法。以京津冀地区为例，制定明长城保护规划大纲，在历史价值评估、长城资源范畴、跨区域联合管理模式、保护对象的概念等方面明确技术指标和操作方案。本项工作为完善明长城防御体系与提供整体性保护指明道路。
