Aiming at the problems in the process of water conservancy project informationization such as the low degree of integration, intelligentialization and standardization, it is necessary to carry out the research on the integration and sharing method of information resources, to serve the information sharing and transmission in the whole life cycle of water conservancy projects. Through the research on the construction of hydropower project information model and integration mechanism, establish system framework and architecture of hydropower project information model based on BIM; construct the information classification standards and unified coding of hydropower project for each stage and the professional fields; establish a unified representation mechanism of hydropower project information model based on IFC standard, applicable to each stage of the whole life cycle on the basis of standardized classification, to provide a information model which data description is consistent and sharable for the different stages; develop the integration platform of the hydropower project information model system, which can meet the requirements of multi user and multi stage information transfer, can realize information sharing through integrated storage and management. This study takes the integration, sharing and transferring of water conservancy project information during the different stages as target, with the hydropower project information model as the carrier, to explore the standard mechanism of information resources integration and sharing of water conservancy projects, the method and integration platform can provide scientific support for the construction of water conservancy informationization and standardization.
针对水利工程信息化进程中主要存在的集成化程度低、智能化程度不高及标准化程度低等问题,拟开展水利工程信息资源集成与共享方法研究,服务于全生命周期过程中的信息共享和传递。通过水利工程信息模型构建和集成机制研究,建立基于BIM的水利工程信息模型实现的框架和基本架构;构建适用于不同阶段及不同专业之间的水利工程信息分类标准和统一编码;在标准化分类的基础上,建立基于IFC的适用于全生命周期各阶段的水利工程信息模型统一表述机制,为不同阶段提供数据描述一致的、可共享的信息模型;研发满足多用户、多阶段信息传递要求的水利工程信息模型系统集成平台,通过集成存储和管理实现信息共享。本研究以水利工程信息在项目不同阶段的集成共享与传递为目标,以水利工程信息模型为载体,探究水利工程信息资源集成与共享的标准机制,相关方法、平台可为水利工程信息化、标准化建设提供科学支撑。
