Steel-reinforced concrete (SRC) has attracted great attention from the engineering field because it meets both the structural performance requirements and economic requirements. In order to improve the ability of steel and concrete to work together, the welded stud steel reinforced concrete structure, in fact, is widely used in engineering applications. It is an indisputable fact that the randomness of seismic action causes the combined torsion on the steel reinforced concrete members. However, its seismic behavior and basic theory under the combined torsion and compression-flexure shear are still unknown, and the theoretical research lags behind the engineering applications. The purpose of this project is to reveal the failure mechanism of welded stud steel reinforced concrete subjected to torsion, and then establish the strength calculation methods. The influence of the key parameters on the structural performance, the law of internal force transfer and the principle of damage control were obtained by means of experimental work, numerical analysis, theory and other research methods, so as to construct a set of performance evaluation system. Based on the above research results, new construction technology and anti-torsion construction measures are innovated, and the seismic design methods of welded stud steel reinforced concrete members under combined torsion are put forward.
型钢混凝土同时满足结构性能需求和经济要求而备受工程界关注。为提高型钢和混凝土共同工作的能力,焊接栓钉的型钢混凝土结构在工程实际中大量的存在,地震作用的随机性引起型钢混凝土构件复合受扭是不争的事实,但其在扭矩以及压弯剪联合作用下的抗震行为和基础理论尚不明了,理论研究滞后于工程应用。本项目旨在揭示焊接栓钉型钢混凝土构件复合受扭抗震破坏机理并建立其强度计算方法,采用试验、数值、理论等研究手段获取其关键参数对结构性能的影响、内力传递规律、损伤控制原则,以此构建一整套完善的性能评估体系;在此基础上,创新新型施工工艺和抗扭构造措施,提出焊接栓钉型钢混凝土构件复合受扭的抗震设计方法。
