A circuit configuration and a circuit topology family of the voltage(current) mode AC/AC converters with high frequency ac link based on Forward(Flyback) converter are creatively proposed. The kind of circuit configuration which is constituted of input cycloconverter,high frequency transformer(high frequency storage energy transformer),output cycloconverter,input filter,and output filter has the advantages such as high frequency electrical isolation,simple topology,two-stage power convertions,bidiretional power flow,high conversion efficency,good line current waveform,strong load adapting ability. The circuit toplogy family of the voltage mode AC/AC converters with high frequency ac link is constituded of forward mode,interleaved mode,push pull-full wave mode,push pull-full bridge mode,half bridge-full wave mode, half bridge-full bridge mode, full bridge-full wave mode, full bridge-full bridge mode circuit. The circuit toplogy family of the current mode AC/AC converters with high frequency ac link is constituded of single four-quadrant power switch mode,push-pull mode,half-bridge mode,and full-bridge mode circuits. These circuit topologies are applied for China patent(ZL 01 1 27184.1).. The circuit topology family design, principle propoties,unpolarity and bipolarity phase shifting control and transient voltage feedback control strategy,soft-switching technique,operational status of magnetic core, output LC filter with resoant damping,reference sinusoidal circuit synchronous with the line voltage,parallel technique,performance comparing,and inner auxiliary power supply are deeply analysised and simulated. The important conclusion and the design for the key circuit parameters are given. The correction and advancement of the new concept of the voltage and current mode AC/AC converters with high frequency ac link. . The technique foundation on realization of electronic transformer,AC regulated power supply,and AC regulator is lie ,the high frequency link conversion technique in power electronics is expanded and deepen by the research achivement.The research achivement has important theoretical and engineering value. .
提出了电压源和电流源高频交流环节AC/AC变换器新概念,主要研究这类变换器电路拓扑设计、控制策略与调压原理、输入输出波形与电路参数间定量关系、负载适应能力等问题。拓宽电力电子学高频环节变换技术,为实现高功率密度、高变换效率、网侧电流波形可改善、双向功率流、可稳压、低成本的新型电子变压器和交流稳压器提供关键技术基础。
