Alpine Lycium Barbarum L. cultivation in desert area of northern has developped for strategic new leading industries. While growing region is also the prone region of chilling damage, especially such damage in bud stage is devastating, cause a larger impact on the development of alpine Lycium Barbarum L. industry. Research on the chilling damage index of Alpine Lycium Barbarum L. bud period can effectively forecast and early warning Alpine Lycium Barbarum L.'s chilling damages, reduce or avoid it suffer Alpine suffer chilling damage, is a problem that need to be addressed to ensure the Lycium Barbarum L. production stable and farmers' income stable.This project based on the characteristic of Alpine Lycium Barbarum L. chilling damage during bud stage, ascertaining it's temperature damage point by indoor simulation test at low temperature at its bud stage and study the relationship between temperature and bud victim status, preliminary ensure the chilling damage index, and using the field investigation combined with historical data for indicators, establishing accurate Lycium Barbarum L. bud period of chilling damage index. This study can make up many gaps of shrub bud period's chilling damage, also can promote the sustainable development of the north alpine Lycium Barbarum L.industry. It is significant to adapt climate change and develop healthily and stably for northern Alpine Lycium Barbarum L. industry.
高寒枸杞种植已经发展为北方荒漠地区的战略性新型主导产业。但种植区也是低温冷害多发区,花蕾期低温冷害造成的损失有时是毁灭性的,对高寒枸杞产业的发展具有较大影响。开展高寒枸杞花蕾期低温冷害指标的研究,可有效预报、预警枸杞低温冷害,减轻或避免枸杞遭受冷害,是确保枸杞稳产、农民收入的稳定方面亟待解决的问题。本项目计划在研究历年高寒枸杞花蕾期低温冷害特征的基础上,通过室内低温模拟试验确定枸杞花蕾期低温冷害的受害温度点,研究花蕾受害状况与温度的关系,初步确定低温冷害指标,并利用大田调查结合历年资料对指标进行验证,建立准确的枸杞花蕾期低温冷害指标。研究成果可以弥补灌木林花蕾期低温冷害空白之处,还可促进北方高寒枸杞产业的健康持续发展。对北方高寒枸杞产业适应气候变化并健康、稳定地发展具有极其重要的意义。
