The measurement of foliation inflection/intersection axes (FIA) preserved within porphyroblasts, have revealed much more extensive histories of deformation and metamorphism than previously recognized during the study of orogenesis. FIA combined with electron microprobe analysis and THERMOCALC pseudosection P-T calculation method to establishment P-T-t-D path is an important breakthrough for the reconstruction of the orogenesis process. This project aims to select the Qilian Tuolemuchang typical multi stage growth garnet porphyroblasts as the research object, using field investigation, petrography study, macroscopic deformation and microstructure analysis, determine the horizontal bulk shortening direction. Calculate the P-T and obtain the U-Th-Pb age of in-situ monazite in different zone of multi stage growth garnet porphyroblasts .And then trying to 1) using cathodoluminescence (CL) image to divide garnet growth stages, establish the stage division of image feature recognition criteria; 2) Investigating the relationship between the quartz LPO and buck shortening direction, to provide more quantitative data for P-T-t-D path reconstruction.Promote orogenesis metamorphism and deformation evolution process reconstruction from qualitative, semi quantitative to quantitative.
变斑晶面理弯切轴测量技术结合电子探针微区成分分析和THERMOCALC视剖面图温压计算方法,建立P-T-t-D轨迹,是造山过程重建研究的重要突破。本项目拟选取北祁连托勒牧场典型多期生长石榴子石变斑晶为研究对象,在野外典型剖面调查、宏观变形分析和室内岩相学研究基础上,测定面理弯切轴,确定各期变形应力方向,计算各期变质作用P-T并测定变斑晶不同环带部位原位独居石电子探针U-Th-Pb年龄,并尝试:1)运用阴极发光(CL)图像划分石榴子石多期生长期次,建立期次划分图像特征识别标准;2)运用EBSD测定多期生长石榴子石变斑晶不同部位所包含石英的晶格优选方向(LPO),查明LPO作为剪切方向判定标志及变形过程划分依据的适用范围和影响因素。以期为P-T-t-D轨迹研究提供更为快捷、准确的定量数据支持,促进造山运动变质变形演化过程重建由定性,半定量向定量化跨越。
面理弯切轴结合独居石U-Pb原位定年,将变斑晶成分环带记录的变质作用与包裹物迹线记录的变形有机联系,为造山过程P-T-t-D研究提供了新思路。本项目选取北祁连托勒牧场典型多期生长石榴子石变斑晶为研究对象,在野外典型剖面调查、宏观变形分析和室内岩相学研究基础上,测定面理弯切轴,确定各期变形应力方向,计算各期变质作用P-T并测定变斑晶不同环带部位原位独居石U-Th-Pb年龄,运用阴极发光(CL)图像划分石榴子石多期生长期次,运用EBSD测定多期生长石榴子石变斑晶不同部位所包含石英的晶格优选方向(LPO),系统建立了北祁连托勒牧场P-T-t-D轨迹。运用面理弯切轴测量技术,结合石榴石Lu-Hf和原位独居石U-Pb定年,厘定北祁连托勒牧场地区石榴石和斜长石斑晶记录的两期构造变形事件:石榴石斑晶生长记录的早期构造变形事件年代为512.3±2.7 Ma;斜长石斑晶生长记录的晚期构造变形事件年代不早于481.0±2.3Ma,并推断该期构造变形水平挤压主应力方向为北东-南西。北祁连托勒牧场地区变质变形序列,存在两个阶段的变质矿物组合,早期矿物组合以g+chl+mu+bio为代表,温压条件为550-590℃,6-8kbar;峰期矿物组合为pl+g+mu+bio+st为代表,温压条件为590-610℃,5-6kbar。整个P-T演化轨迹大致为顺时针,峰期后大致为等温降压的过程,可能与同时期的地壳隆升有关。.项目开展不同封闭温度矿物定年对变质变形作用年代限定的对比研究,通过对采集自胶北地块粉子山群和荆山群的石榴云母片岩和云母片岩样品中独居石及金红石的U-Pb同位素年代测定,揭示了胶北粉子山群和荆山群不仅经历了古元古代(1869±16~1864±14Ma)变质事件的改造,而且还经历了三叠纪(215.1±4.2~217.8±6.3Ma)变质变形事件的叠加。
