基于数据挖掘的共享航次计划用户行为分析研究

The implementation of the shared voyage plan of the National Natural Science Foundation of China has a far-reaching impact on the development of China's marine science undertakings. The scientific survey data related to shared voyages are important data for China's marine scientific research. The Ocean Scientific Data Sharing Service Center in Qingdao of the National Natural Science Foundation has collected and summarized a large number of scientific survey data of shared voyages in the past ten years. This project intends to classify and collate information on registered users, carrying projects, publishing articles, and applying for patents. Data mining analysis is carried out from multiple perspectives such as voyage execution, station setting, research field, experimental achievement, and talent team. Visualization is used to express the analysis results intuitively, and the behaviors of different users and their internal relations are studied. Data mining user behavior analysis and forecasting model will be built in order to explore the deep relationship between voyage schedule, user evaluation, research direction, scientific issues and user behavior, to further tap the scientific laws and trends behind user behavior for the operation and management of shared voyage plan and Marine science research to provide reference.

国家自然科学基金委共享航次计划的实施对中国海洋科学事业的发展具有深远影响，共享航次相关的科学调查数据是我国海洋科学研究的重要资料。国家自然科学基金青岛海洋科学资料共享服务中心近十年来收集汇总了大量的共享航次科学调查数据，本课题拟通过对数据中注册用户、搭载项目、发表文献、申请专利等信息进行归类整理，从航次执行、站位设置、研究领域、实验成果、人才队伍等多个角度开展数据挖掘分析，应用可视化方式对分析结果进行直观表达，研究不同用户行为特点及其内在的关联关系，设计建立基于数据挖掘的用户行为分析预测模型，以期探索航次安排、用户评价、研究方向、科学问题等与用户行为的深层次关系，进一步挖掘用户行为背后的科学规律与趋势，为共享航次计划的运行管理以及海洋科学研究提供借鉴。

本项目立足于国家自然科学基金共享航次计划实际应用需求，基于国家自然科学基金青岛海洋科学资料共享服务中心长期以来的科学调查资料，通过航次站位、科研项目、资助文献等共享航次相关数据的收集整理、分析研究，有针对性地运用数据可视化、统计分析等不同的数据挖掘分析方法从时间和空间等多个维度对数据进行了挖掘分析，比较了站点分布、搭载项目、研究机构、文献分布、学科领域等不同数据背后的用户行为及内在关联关系，挖掘分析了数据背后存在的科学问题、研究趋势、热点区域等。项目研究发表学术论文3篇，支撑申请软件著作权登记2项,培养硕士研究生1名。项目研究为航次运行、热点区域、科学问题、人才培养等的分析评估提供科学的预测和评估，为共享航次计划的运行管理等提供了支撑和借鉴。
