Agile manufacturing is characterized as distribution and reconfigurability, so distributed resource planning is necessary. In this project, we have studied the following issues in distributed resource planning: the architecture and mechanism, decomposition of manufacturing tasks, partner searching through Internet, partner senection, distributed production planning, task selection by partners, production control and manufacturing process reengineering. By theoretic analysis, case study and simulation, suitable models have been built and effective solution algorithms have been proposed so that a feasible architecture and quantative methods for the implementation of functions for resource planning in agile manufacturing are obtained. These techniques can be used in the system development for agile manufacturing practice. In this project, the prescribed goal has been reached, especially we have three papers published in famous international journals.
敏捷制造是未来制造业的模式,也是我国制造业的模式。作为新的制造模式,需要新的生产计划体系。敏捷制造中生产计划的最重要的部分之一是制造资源规划。由于敏捷制造中制造资源是分布在地理位置不同的企业中,本项目研究基于代理的资源配置框架,以及在此框架下的制造任务分解、面对全球市场下制造资源选择、交货期估计等问题的建模和求解方法。
