中国同脉缟蝇亚科昆虫的增强性鉴定

Lauxaniidae is an important ecological and economic group as an indicator of the enviromental changes in ghe ecological system of land. Adults and larvae are recorded as fungal grazers and detritovores in leaf litter, decaying vegetation and birds'nests. Some of them visit flowers and benefit to plant pollination. A few of larvae were found on the dead animals, with the potential value of forensic insects.China is one of the richest countries with generic and specific diversity and habitat diversity of Homoneurinae (Diptera, Lauxaniidae)in the world. There are more than 700 species 28 genera in the world and more than 180 species 6 genera in China. The project's purpose is to revise the known genera and species, describe new genera and species by the collections from different regions in China,take photos for specimens, habitats and host plants,illustrate figures of male genitalia, make distribution map,and build a lucid identification platform of Homoneurinae. It is an importnant and necessary to protect and utilize the diversity of the lauxaniids in China.

缟蝇科成、幼虫主要为腐食性和菌食性，对生态环境变化敏感，是陆生生境变化评价的指示生物之一；部分属的成虫可访花，有助于植物传粉；少数种类的幼虫被发现于动物尸体上，有潜在的法医昆虫应用价值。我国同脉缟蝇亚科昆虫资源丰富，生境多样化，是世界缟蝇科区系研究的重要组成部分。世界已知28属700余种，我国已知6属180余种。本项目在申请者的前期研究基础上，对东北区、蒙新区、青藏区进行重点采集，辅以华中区、西南区、华南区的补充采集，对我国已知属、种进行系统的分类修订和描记新属、种；对模式标本和非模式标本进行整体和局部特征拍照，组合寄主植物、生境照片，雌雄外生殖器图和地理分布图，构建我国同脉缟蝇亚科Lucid key鉴定平台。该研究结果对我国缟蝇科昆虫资源保护和利用研究具有重要的意义。

本项目记述我国同脉缟蝇科8属152种，发现83新种和41新纪录种，完成了各属、种的分类修订论文；对20个种团40个种的缟蝇，选择了36个形态特征数据，以双鬃缟蝇属（Sapromyza） 为外群，运行TNT软件和DPS聚类分析软件，探讨了同脉缟蝇亚属内种团间和种团内不同种间的系统关系；利用Lucid 3.5软件，选择属、种的形态鉴别特征以及外生殖器特征，结合使用 Fact sheet fusion软件、Helicon软件、Illustrator软件和Arcview 软件，将已知亚属、种的各分类单元的形态描述、生境植被、分布记录以网页的形式输入Lucid key，构建了一个集文字、图像于一体的同脉缟蝇属Lucid key鉴定平台。本研究项目成果大大丰富了世界缟蝇区系研究，并利用形态特征和分子序列信息，探索了同脉缟蝇属种团的系统关系，这在国内外尚属首次，为从生物信息学和生物地理学角度深入研究缟蝇的系统进化和历史演化，奠定了坚实基础。Lucid key 在线鉴定平台将促进国际合作的进一步深入和蝇类科普活动的开展。
