以注入式正支虚共焦非稳腔的放电准分子激光器为单线多程放大器,以准分子激光泵浦的染料激光(香豆素102)为种子光源,并以同轴电缆为同步触发延迟线,实现了注入控制放电XeF(C—A)激光477nm的0.2A窄线宽单线放大输出。非稳腔的几何放大率为1.375。光腔长0.75m,前后镜曲率半径分别为4m和5.5m。前后镜都镀以蓝绿全反,紫外高透的介质膜。输出镜中心膜区直径为17mm。后镜注入小孔通径为1.5mm。激活体积为50×1×2.3cm(3)。采用He基四元混合气:Xe1000Pa,NF3350Pa,Kr700Pa。在低气压0.22MPa,弱泵浦强55J/τ和弱注入强0.19MW/cm(3)的条件下,初步获得1.5mJ(13mJ/τ)的单线放大输出和0.024%的本征效率。
